How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the app:

1. Open BeachTennisRef.App and log in to your account.
2. Go to your Profile page.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account information (email, display name, profile).
• All match data you created (teams, players, scores, scoresheets).
• Your subscription and payment history records.
• All locally stored data on your device.

Deletion is completed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid continued charges, cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings before deleting your account:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
